Refund policy

REFUNDS:

    • We do not offer refunds at this time. We will only exchange items if they are defective (except for the LESS THAN PERFECT items which are sold 'AS IS').

    • We must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the item(s).


RETURNS:

  • Returns are only accepted on unused, unopened products and must be notified in advance via email at info@lushpartystudio.com
  • To return your product, please mail your product to:
    LUSH PARTY STUDIO, 5 Rue Bon-Air, Ste-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier. G3N 1B4 Canada.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and customs fees associated with returning your item. Shipping costs and fees are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be covered, only the product will be reimbursed.


If your items were damaged during shipping, please make a claim with the postal provider directly. You have a choice of different shipping methods that will provide damage coverage, this is at your discretion.
