I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about Lush and the level of customer service! One of the plastic bags from my Christmas prop order arrived ripped, so I sent a quick email asking about a replacement. Within what felt like a minute, I already had confirmation that a replacement was being sent!

As a newly launched photo booth business, I wanted props that were durable, eye-catching, and gave a more upscale feel—and these delivered. I've continued adding more sets over time, and each one has been a hit with guests.

I use the included microfiber cloth to clean the props after every event, and the plastic bags make it easy to keep everything organized (I label each set). The tote bag is also perfect for transporting multiple sets at once.

One of my favorite features is that many of the props are bilingual, which is a huge plus for my events. And Alicia's customer service is outstanding. She responds to messages incredibly fast, sometimes even while on vacation! 😊
